How Reprise IT started

Reprise IT didn’t begin in a boardroom with a PowerPoint deck and a five-year growth plan. It started because the founder was laid off from a corporate IT position and had to decide what came next.

Going back to the same kind of corporate environment was an option. It just wasn’t the right one.

Instead, Reprise IT was built around something that often gets lost in big IT departments: personal relationships, accountability, and customer service that means something. When you call, you’re not ticket number 47,382. You’re a person—or a business—with a real problem and a real need for help.

The name Reprise fits. A reprise is a fresh take on something—a chance to do it again, but better. That’s what we aim to bring to your technology setup, whether you’re a home user tired of fighting your own Wi-Fi or a growing company that needs IT support without the corporate runaround.

That’s not a slogan we invented because it sounded good on a billboard. It’s how we operate.
